I went to Wausau Smiles today after being referred they're by a denturist that I had called to discuss problems that I'm having with dentures that were made by another local dentist. The dentist that I was seeing took no pride in their work and basically told me to live with very ill-fitting and poor aesthetic dentures that they had made. After my visit yesterday to Wausau smiles I felt assured that they would take the time and make me a new set of dentures that I will be happy with. They were very kind and understanding as to my concerns about my current dentures and instead of gaslighting me like the other dentist they agreed that my current dentures were very poorly made. I look forward to going there again and being treated by true professionals.
I've been coming here for a few years now and the staff are very efficient. I get the same people every time which is a nice personal touch too. Was in and out for my routine 6 month cleaning and got X-rays done in a little less than an hour.
Today was my first visit to Wausau Smiles and I was very impressed with the whole experience. I was on a cancelation list and was called that there was an opening in an hour. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the front desk to my hygienist Jenn Jenn and especially Dr. Aaron. I am looking forward to my future appointments. This team made me feel very comfortable.
My hygienist was wonderful, but the dentist herself was a little unpleasant. The dentist was very short with her fellow staff members. Overall experience was good, the staff were knowledgeable and kind. The dentist I would not recommend.
Tiffany and her assistant were great! I am not a fan of the dentist at all and they made me feel very comfortable. I’m very happy I switched from Aspen to Wausau Smiles. Thank you!!!
