I have had great experiences with Wellness Dental! I’ve met with Dr Jensen, Javi, Anna and Michaela, all of whom were absolutely fantastic! The dental hygienist that cleans my teeth is Tiffany and she is wonderful! The staff makes the whole dental experience that much better and easier to handle. Always friendly and smiling!!! I had received a few quotes for the dental work I needed done before I approached Wellnes Dental and Wellness Dental came out the most competitive. I have seen both Dr. Jensen and Dr. Westermeier and they are the greatest! All their dental procedures are top notch! They are friendly and really care for their patients. From implants, to crowns, to regular dental care, I am so blessed to have found them and received such wonderful pain free care! The entire office has a welcoming and caring vibe from front desk, to assistants and hygienists alike. Make an appointment today! I promise you that you won’t be disappointed!
I think the dentist has a drinking problem. It took him 4 appointments for some simple extractions, he kept leaving pieces of tooth in my gums and laughed at me when I told him so. I finally insisted on an X-ray and he saw what I was talking about and removed the rest finally but it was very painful he is very heavy-handed. Then they messed up my insurance claim and refuse to give me my final denture, so I paid $6000 for extractions and a "healing denture" that is degrading. That's about 25% of my annual income, and they refused to make it right. Now I have to save some more (it took me 3 years to save the 6K!) and I find out Affordable Dentures Sun City only charges $100 per extraction. If I had done homework and not been baited by their 3998 implant special that is fake I would have saved four thousand dollars! Dentist is rude, brutish and charges far too much for substandard services. Learn from me, go anywhere else!!!
Loving my new teeth. Everyone there is very nice, informative, helpful, and take the time in explaining procedures and answering all your questions. So far my experience has been wonderful with this team. Everything has gone just like they said it would. Thank you to the whole team in the Surprise office.
