I was forced to find a new dentist. When I started looking I became very discouraged. Then a friend referred me to Dr. Tran. The office staff is personable yet professional. My first visit I met Courtney. She was great. Explained what was going to happen that day, followed up with me during my visit. She was adorable. That’s not professional of me but she was. Dr. Tran was very knowledgeable and he explained how important our dental health is. My next visit was for a cleaning. Lee and Dr. Lauren took care of me that visit. Both were great-informative and attentive. I would not hesitate to tell anyone to visit Dr. Tran and his staff. Deborah, Office Manager, was also personable and professional and took care of my future need appointments. I never complete reviews but I had such a good experience I felt the need to reply to this request. Debbie Wallace
I’ve been going to West Chester Family Dentistry since I was a child. It’s a great establishment that has amazing people who care about your dental hygiene. The past few times I’ve gone, Melissa has been my hygienist. She is wonderful and always fun to talk to! Dr. Bui is amazing and she is very knowledgeable! I always recommend West Chester Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for somewhere to get their teeth cleaned in the West Chester area. You’re in good hands when you go here!
I was very unhappy with my precious dentist and decided to make a switch. That was the best decision I could have ever made! My team, Dr. Lauren, Amanda, Judy, and Lee, are phenomenal! I have never had anyone go over my x-rays and pictures (on a screen in front of me) in such detail and explain in lamen terms what I was looking at. Dr. Lauren listened to what I wanted done and gave me options that would best suit my needs. They came up with a treatment plan and broke it down into what would happen during each visit and what I would need to pay out of pocket. Amanda sat me down in a room and explained everything. My team makes me feel like I am VIP when I walk through those doors. I have never felt so at ease and trusted that the care I receive is among the best! And one of the best parts is you don't have to make multiple appointments to fix one tooth! They make things in house and will set hours long appointments (just for you) to get it done same day! Truly a great place to go.
I just want to thank Dr. Lauren and Lee for all they do! They are truly a great team and sweet souls!!! Even though this was my dentist appt, Lee listened and encouraged me with life advice. I never experienced anything like this at a dental office. Amanda was also a great help with breaking down the treatment cost for me!
Michell is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is also the friendliest person I know and loves her family. The whole WCFD staff is very friendly and shows a genuine interest in their patients. Dr. Tran is not bad either. Charlie H
