Excellent service, entire staff and Dentist were absolutely amazing. My 3 year old daughter had an emergency visit, we were not patients before but they still squeezed her in and cared for her promptly. Everyone was super nice and very comforting to my daughter and I. I highly recommend them!! Thank you for your wonderful care and for making us feel so comfortable. And especially thank you for helping my daughter.
This place is wonderful. My wife had a dental emergency on Thursday night and needed a molar removed while traveling along I-80. Called Dr West’s office at 8 am on Friday and the receptionist was very kind and helpful They were able to get us in at 10 am. Virtually ALL other dentists in this town as well as adjacent towns are closed on Fridays. The Assistants and Doctor West were very gentle, kind and caring. Her extraction went perfectly and pain-free and they charged us on the lower end of the expected price range. Five Stars.
Excellent, fast and knowledgeable service. Im a over the road truck driver and was having issue with a tooth. I called all around the area and this wonderful dentist office was only one that would actually take my service. I was in and out very quickly. The staff was extremely nice and non judgemental. I have very bad teeth situation. If I'm ever in the area again and need work done I will most certainly be parking my rig outside going to the awesome dentist and staff that work here. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I had a horrible experience here. I walked in with a number of cavities and was then made to feel bad about that number. My mouth hurt worse leaving then when I arrived. I had to get a permanent cap on and it proceeded to break and fall off less than 4 months later. I got this done in June and to this day I cannot eat on my right side of my mouth. Now I have to pay 1,100 for a new cap and more for re fillings and teeth alignment cause they did that wrong too.
I’m from out of town and an aweful toothache was getting in the way of my vacation. My sister recommended these guys and when I called not only did they take my insurance but the were also able to get me in the same day!!! I went in had a cleaning, x rays, and the dr figured out the issue and fixed it in the same visit. I was able to continue my vacation pain free and the cost was minimal. The Dentist is smart, through, kind, funny, and willing to help and listen. My hygienist, Lacy, was so sweet. I am one that takes care of my teeth and I have been to some very high end dental offices...in my experience these guys compete with the best of them. Thank you again!
