I had an absolutely wonderful experience at West Grand Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office is clean and runs very efficiently. Dr. Simona Ivan is truly exceptional. She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and patient. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes you feel comfortable, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. By far the BEST dental clinic I have ever done business with, hands down. Dr. Ivan is sweet while still maintaining professionalism, the staff are all lovely, welcoming, and nonjudgmental. Even the finance lady is super cool, I can not recommend this clinic enough. I had been insecure about my teeth for the past 10 years, scared to even make an appointment, and now im on track to being able to smile in pictures again.
I could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism... The only area of concern was what the concrete plan is going forward. Thank you for the welcoming environment.
Super easy pain less extraction. Had a clean and nice facility. Also doctor is very sweet and beautiful with nice teeth her self. Looking forward to to my next visit to see how I can keep my teeth healthy
Everyone was respectful, sweet, & honest. The office is beautiful 🤩 the staff is amazing!! The dental surgeon is awesome and very pretty 😍 I’m happy I made the right decision in choosing West Grand Dental! I love it there !! ❤️
