The office staff was incredibly helpful. They help me fill out the paperwork necessary and handled all of the insurance bureaucracy. The office and medical suites were spotless. Dr Barrier, the dental hygienistJacob, and the other attending medical staff we're completely professional and highly competent. I'm 75 years old and I've been to numerous dentists, by far this office was the best. I highly recommend them.
The office was exceptionally cleaned and smelled wonderfully. The dental assistants greeted me professionally and by name. The doctor was friendly, explained my process in lay terms so I could understand fully what will be happening. The lady handling business office was a breath of fresh air. She broke down my payments due with clear instructions. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and so welcoming.
West L A Implant is so far the most honest and straightforward dental office I have ever encountered with. Dr Barriere and her staff Victoria gave me a free CT Scan and a written quote for upper and lower mandible or with four posts on each mandible. Dr Barriere's office is modern, very sanitized, a very friendly atmosphere and accommodating. The office displays the most impressive academic accomplishments of Dr Barriere (his diplomas). The doctor impressed me with his candor and professional acumen. He is very contractual and financially accommodating thru different institutions. I am out of words to express my gratitude on the most professional encounter on writing.
