This was my first visit. The entire staff was great! I was so impressed with the advanced technology they employed for the cleaning procedures. It was pleasantly satisfying and quick in comparison to what I was used to. Caitlyn, Dr Rosenbloom and Kaylin made me feel welcomed like part of the family. (Sorry if I misspelled any names)
I've had another very good dentist for a long time, but with his office 30 minutes away a recent injury meant I needed to find a dentist nearby. West River Family Dental was highly recommended to me. My first visit was a positive experience. The offices are clean and the equipment is up to date. The dentist and her assistant were very careful, the work they did was good, and they were clear about everything that was being done and how to move forward. I feel lucky to have found this place so quickly.
This was my first time in your office.I have always been anxious at the dentist, but I felt at ease and comfortable from the time I entered. Stephanie made sure I was comfortable and I felt like she truly listened to my concerns. Dr Rosenblum went over my xrays and explained in detail what was going on and what the treatment plan will be. I appreciate the time they took to make me feel comfortable and cared for.
I'm so grateful for the service West River dental provides for disabled people. David was attended by two aides from his nursing home along with his advocate, Brenda. It took a lot of coaching and the hygienist was so patient and understanding. She continued to do whatever she could to make it work. They have provided every 3 months service since he has not been able to do his own hygiene as well as before. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Davids team & Family
My son has been seeing this dentist since he was one and now my son is 17. I too have this dentist and hands down the best dentist I’ve ever seen and have been at. Before getting into this dentist my old dentist was just letting my cavities get so bad that they had to pull four of my teeth. But now that I’m with West River Family Dental we haven’t had to pull any teeth. I just love going to them it’s like a family atmosphere there I would recommend everyone to go there.
