I had a great experience with the team at West Suburban Oral Health Care in Naperville. I’m very happy with the dental care services they provide. Everyone in the clinic is professional, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Special shout-out to Dr. Esposito, who carefully explained all of my dental problems and the different options on how they can be treated. Because of the complexity of my case, she made sure I fully understood the situation and the possible solutions. She also helped guide me on how to address my teeth alignment, TMJ disorder, and teeth restoration. I really appreciated how thorough and patient she was. She even connected me with other dental experts since I need to see a dental surgeon, which shows how much they care about making sure patients get the right care. I also want to thank Molly, the hygienist, who did an amazing job and made the cleaning very thorough yet comfortable. The dental assistants were also very helpful and attentive throughout the process. And of course, thank you to Sheri, the treatment coordinator/billing specialist, for being welcoming, organized, and very helpful in explaining the billing and treatment details. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend West Suburban Oral Health Care to anyone looking for quality dental care in Naperville.

Dr. Mazzei and her staff are wonderful. They are kind, caring and efficient. My mother, brothers and I been patients this practice since I was a child. This has even become the dentist for many of my extended family members because the treatment here is phenomenal. Some even travel from the south suburbs (over 1 hour travel time) because the quality of care is well worth it! Thank you to this team.
Dr Mazzei always does the best work with a great personality. This visit was an emergency to reset a crown that came out on a wknd. She saw me immediately and the work was excellent as always. I recently moved half hour from office but will stay a patient, more than worth the drive!
My experience was exceptional! The office is beautiful, very clean, and pleasing to the eye. The background music is most enjoyable to listen to while waiting. The office staff is friendly, personable, and professional. Dr. Susan treats you like a part of her family. She explains your condition in a manner that could be understood. She goes above and beyond in your appointment with you.
