The professionalism and passion at this office is over the top. Kind, caring, and respectful of patients thoughts and feeling. The entire staff are really awesome in their helpfulness, communication, and most of all, compassion I’ve been through 3 years of treatment with Dr. Barrett being my surgeon. I am a big baby in an adult body when it comes to things like this. I also have a somewhat complicated case and we’ve encountered some challenges. Sometimes when problems occur, doctors will get tired of dealing with it and that’s when you get the blanket statement of “sorry, we’ve done all we can…..” But Dr Barrett jumps in, both feet, with options and approaches to pick from for resolution. He wants it to work as much as the patient does and goes the extra mile to ensure that happens. He wants you to be comfortable and 100% happy with the results. That attitude is so amazingly refreshing and appreciated by this patient! I highly recommend Dr. Barrett and his staff!! I would give them 10 stars if I could because that’s what they deserve! Thank you Dr. Barrett. And thank you to all on the staff for helping me with such kindness.
The staff and nurses and Dr. Higley were awesome. They are very friendly. And Dr. Higley explained everything and did a great job so far. Still have a little more to do, but definitely glad I am using him. It's so nice to go into a place and see friendly people that listen and smile. And do a great job on top of that.
One of the best experiences we've ever had! Dr Higley and his staff treated us like family. They were all so loving, caring and kind. Answered any questions we had and reassured us so much that everything was going to be OK. It was our oldest(10) first surgery and they made sure he was comfortable and answered any questions he had also. They made him feel heard and seen. Highly recommend this place!
Today was the first time I’ve been here, and I was very impressed! Dr. Higley and all of the staff were kind, courteous and very professional. I was experiencing a severe tooth ache, and I didn’t have to wait long at all to get my problem solved. Thank you to everyone there, and I would highly recommend this place!
Excellent nurses and they tell you exactly what they are doing at all times. Dr. Barrett has a very warm, professional bedside manner. I highly recommend their services.
