Everyone was welcoming, efficient, and respectful of my time. I truly appreciate how smooth and easy the entire experience was as a brand new patient without insurance, especially while I was a little distressed after chipping a tooth. Dr. Marcus was professional and kind, and Laurie (his assistant) was incredibly warm and welcoming. I called last minute and they were able to get me in & fix me up right away. I would absolutely recommend this office.
Had my teeth cleaned today; I have to be honest Robin is the best hygienist I have ever had. She does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Also very friendly and accommodating.
We've been with Westerly Dental since we moved in 2001. they never disappoint. Always helpful especially now as our health insurance has changed because we are 65yo retiree trying to navigate coverage. Not only at the front desk but the hygienist too. All round care, dental and beyond. Additional post: always a pleasure when going to the dentist sometimes is not. Kristina does a great job, willing to do the water pik method, and it's more of a friend-friend relationship than patient -provider one. Quick and efficient.
As a grown woman my fear of going to the dentist was simply panic! My hands would clench the chair, heart racing and entire body sweating. My first visit was a cleaning with Daniella. She immediately put me to ease….fast forward, I was having an issue with a crown and as usual I was in full blown panic, afraid I was going to loose the tooth. Dr. Michael told me…I will do everything I can so you do not loose it. With his adorable assistant Gabby by his side, I loosened my hands from the chair, took a breath and knew I was at the right Dental Practice. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things…the front office ladies are so kind and friendly! I will say without a doubt, I am a patient for life😊
