This was my first time visiting Westhill Dental. The office building was beautiful. When I walked in I was pleasantly greeted from the staff. My hygienist (Alex) was friendly and gentle with my cleaning. The equipment was state of the art and was impressive. Dr. Ian was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. My experience felt like it was honest, transparent, and in my best interest. Westhill Dental did such a good job I don’t stress about my next appointment. Thanks you for the wonderful experience.
I could not be more impressed by my visit today. I am one of the many people who came to Westhill having not been to a dentist in far longer than I want to admit... Let's just say it was 10+ years... That being said, I felt so much compassion from the entire staff at Westhill from the moment I nervously picked up the phone. You can tell they really care about the patient's well being and mindset. Scheduling was so welcoming and caring, I felt confident walking in that I was at the right place. And then came the hands on care - I was blown away. Callie was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable from the start. She set me on a plan for healing, and I cannot be thankful enough. She was calm and kind in describing just what was going on in my mouth - and despite her constant concern about any pain, I rarely felt a thing as she meticulously worked. I was also super impressed with Dr. Ian - you could tell from his interaction with me and with Callie that he genuinely cares for what he is doing. Thank you Callie, Dr. Ian and all of Westhill for making my visit one of my best dental experiences ever. I know there is a lot of work ahead, and its on me to do it, but I cannot recommend your services enough - after just one visit.
My husband and I had our first cleaning yesterday at West Hill Dental. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our Hygienist explained everything that she was doing. She took lots of pictures and explained the structure of my mouth, smile and teeth. Between her and my Dentist, I learned more about me yesterday than in the last 60 years of going to the dentist. I feel they really care about the health of my teeth and me.
Went in to get evaluated and hygienist recommended a deep clean. I did not want to use anesthesia because I wanted her to do my whole mouth that day while I was already there. She got my whole mouth done that day. The cleaning was not uncomfortable for me at all. The hygienist, dentist, and I made a plan to improve my oral health after the cleaning while listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. Great place where the people here seem to understand that a patient is also a human.
I had a great clinical experience with Dr. Trent—very thorough and a very clean facility. Because I had a lot of dental work to catch up on, the plan is a bit overwhelming. I’ve had some trouble getting clarity on my procedures between appointments, which has been a little discouraging, but I’m going to stick with it. I'm hopeful that once we get past this initial phase, the communication will catch up to the high quality of the care. I can update this review as I have more appointments.
