This was my initial visit at Westlake and I found my experience delightful. How could I say delightful for a dental visit? The staff were very professional and on point. Dr. Choe was very interested in explaining my procedure step by step. He hummed his way thru which put me very much at ease. It was one of the best doctor's visit I've ever had. Keep up the great work Westlake.
This place is a solid 10 for me! I was actually referred here after looking for about a year and I must say that I love it! I could not have picked a better choice! Theres never a wait, everyone is pretty attentive and the job is done within a timely fashion. Love the kindness that I receive. I am never there long and I feel heard and cared for every time I go! Love all of that! They take everything in consideration and i prefer a dentist that actually cares about me. Shout out to the humming Dentist!
Well-run and patient-friendly dental office. Dr. Michael Cho has always been very easy to talk with, does a thorough exam, and does not push services that I could use but choose not to. I also love Michelle as my hygienist! She’s the best!!
Today was my first appointment here and it was absolutely great!! My sister referred me here. I’m so glad she did. Every staff member I came in contact with or passed by was extremely nice. Dr. Jackson did my exam and was so nice, helpful and informative. The young lady that did my cleaning I’m not sure how to spell her name but I want to say it starts with a “G”. She was so sweet and gentle. It’s so hard to find establishments where the staff and Doctors actually care about their patients…thank you for a great first time experience!!
I have been a patient of Westlake Family Dentistry for several years. My entire family is treated by Dr Choe He and his entire team are excellent. We enjoy being treated by such a fine team. Our Dental Hygienist is Kim and she provides excellent care also.Kudos to Dr Choe and his team for excellent prompt and compassionate care
