I absolutely love this dentist office and recommend it to all my friends and family. Everyone at Westlake Smiles is so friendly and welcoming, and the office itself is very nice and extremely clean. My dental hygienist, Kamila, always leaves my teeth incredibly clean, and she is very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything in a way I can easily understand, which I really appreciate. They truly pay attention to every detail — they offer you a blanket if you’re cold and even make sure your lips don’t crack by applying Vaseline throughout any procedure. I’ve never had a dentist do that before, and it made such a difference. After the visit, they give you a warm, moist cloth to wipe your face, which is such a thoughtful touch. Dr. Mimi is also excellent. I genuinely feel like my teeth are well taken care of here. Highly recommended!
This dental office is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, the environment is warm, welcoming, and genuinely calming, which is not something you usually expect at the dentist. The entire staff is patient, kind, and clearly focused on making sure every client feels comfortable and cared for. Priscilla did my cleaning, and I swear my teeth have never felt so smooth — like two ocean pearls washed up on the sand. She was gentle, thorough, and made the whole process effortless. Honestly, the entire office is amazing. Professional, attentive, and a place I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
It felt like someone booked me a first class ticket to the dentist. Water, blankets, Netflix… constantly checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was a bit nervous about letting someone new in my mouth. I had a great first experience at SMILE. My old dentist retired (Dr. Chapin) he was the man, and I was left fending for myself like the new kid at school. The cleaning was great and Dr. Mimi is very kind and explained what’s going on in the deep corners of my mouth. I will be back. Oh yeah, And Lindsay is the greatest of all time!
Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. This place is amazing and truly the four seasons of dental offices. Dr. Mimi is an absolute gem, warm, skilled, and genuinely cares about her patients. Special shoutout to Priscilla, my hygienist, she's AMAZING. She is gentle, thorough, and attentive. My teeth have never felt this clean and she somehow makes the whole cleaning process relaxing. She is the perfect balance of professional precision and friendly energy that puts you at ease. Highly recommend Westlake Smile Studio! So happy I found them.
Dr. Miimi and her team are amazing! I've been going to them for several years, since I moved to the area. In particular, I'd like to note that Kamilla is by far the best hygienist who has ever worked on my teeth (and I'm a pretty old guy). Not only is she extremely thorough, she's quite careful too. Let's face it, most of us have experienced teeth cleaning where you leave the office feeling as though it was Nurse Ratched who had just worked on you (old movie reference from One Few Over the Cuckoo's Nest). That is simply never the case with Kamilla. Most importantly, she is passionate about healthcare in general and oral health specifically, like no other hygienist I've ever gone to. We spend time discussing daily teeth and gum care, including what time of the day to do each step. She has helped me get my gum issues on a very positive path forward. I can't thank her enough!
