Personally I wouldn't give a star at all. They said they would get dental records from my previous dentist, which never happened. They treated me like I never seen a dentist before, two appointments later still no treatment, just consults. Now almost $400.00 dollars in and nothing done. If you need a tooth extracted, go to the Rescue Mission. At least they get thing's done at THE MISSION. Yes, the Rescue Mission is better than Westside Family Dental!! No kidding.
Office managed to squeeze me in last minute for a new patient exam and a cleaning. Assistant Hayley was so gentle when doing my X rays, and Dr Fairhurst was very thorough with his exam. Ryley was my hygienist and very gentle with my cleaning. Wish they played one direction music, though. I felt very comfortable and would recommend this office !
I started my dental plan in February with Dr Fairhurst and staff. I was so happy to finally find a dentist that truly understood my concerns and anxiety. No pressure and truly lets the patient drive the process. The staff is amazing and you are always greeted with a smile. In three months we crossed the finish line to a process I thought would take over year. Thank you Westside Dental for the amazing care 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Best Dentist office I've ever been to! They are super thorough with cleanings and just the friendliest people around! If you want your teeth taken care of, this is the place!
