I had such a great experience at White Arch Dental. From the moment you walk in, the office feels welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The entire team is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely funny and accommodating, which makes a huge difference—especially if you’re someone who gets nervous at the dentist. The dentist takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. The dental assistants and staff are kind, attentive, and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and at ease. There’s a great balance of professionalism and humor that helps make visits relaxed instead of stressful. Appointments run on time, scheduling is easy, and they’re very accommodating with questions, concerns, and individual needs. I would highly recommend White Arch Dental to anyone looking for high-quality care in a friendly, upbeat environment.
These guys are amazing. No shame at all for my family member neglecting a dental checkup for almost a decade! Very professional but also a lighthearted group. Updated technology, and an inviting atmosphere. Treasure, Sara, Dr. Rumi and front desk staff were all fabulous, and my teeth feel great. Thank you!
Wow. Learned today that our new dental insurance doesn't work with the practice we've used for 30+ years. Left scrambling, as we both needed cleanings & exams for dental clearance prior to upcoming surgery. Dr. Dhariwala was on the provider list from our insurer, so we decided to try White Arch Dental, and I stopped by to set up new patient visits while out on an errand. While setting us up in their system, the office manager noted my surgery date, then asked me to wait a moment while consulted the doctor. She retuned, saying that since my surgery is less than a month away, if I could wait 15-20 min, Dr. Dhariwala offered to see me in her free time between her current & next patients. As it was nearly noon, she probably sacrificed her lunch break to do this for me. Her assistant brought me in to review my history forms and take xrays first. When Dr. Dhariwala entered, she had such a warm, calm & friendly manner that I instantly felt at ease, like she was a trusted long-time friend. She reviewed my history, asked about mybupcoming surgery and any concerns I had, and began the exam. She was very gentle & thorough, recording gum condition for each tooth, checking my tongue & palates, and inspected my many crowns & fillings carefully, explaining to me what she found as worked. She then worked with the hygienist to start the cleaning, and then turned everything over to her for completion. Everyone - the doctor, her assistants/hygienists, and the lovely gal at the front desk were very gentle, friendly, very skilled & knowledgeable. I felt so relaxed & confident in their care that I nearly fell asleep! The gal at the front desk was so pleasant & helpful, sorting out our insurance coverage, assisting me with forms, etc., as well as getting us set up & scheduled so quickly. Though I was happy with our previous dental practice, I am so glad to have found White Arch Dental. Every part of experience today was wonderful, and it was the easiest scheduling & insurance process I've ever had at any medical provider. Dr. Dhariwala and her team are not only very skilled, but so very kind & friendly, making it an actual pleasure to go to the dentist, so much so that I actually look forward to my next visit!
White Arch Dental is the best! Everyone is so kind and professional, and they always do a fantastic job! I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great and friendly dental practice. :)
I received a warm greeting and smiling faces from the staff on arrival. Excellent care provided, from cleaning to check-out. I appreciated that things were explained, and my comfort checked throughout the visit. I felt they really cared about my dental health and made sure I understood the treatment plan. Dr. Dhariwala has a calm and reassuring manner, and a good sense of humor to help settle her patient's nervousness. The office is modern, bright, clean, and comfortable.
