Great service , I was seen at my appointment time. The office is really clean and the front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered, everyone made me feel comfortable. I had to get extensive work done and the Doctor explained it all to me took her time by end i was very happy. I’m feel confident in the health of my teeth now that i will getting care from this dentist. If your looking for a new dentist office i would highly recommend!
I have been going to white oak dental from past 4 years for regular dental cleaning and dental alignment. I have had the best experience with all the dental hygienists and doctors. They made me feel so comfortable for all the procedures that even after moving to a new town, I never thought of changing to any other dentists. Best team of doctors and hygienists and staff.
Today I had very good experience ( a tooth extracted), without pain and fear. The Doctor pulled it out very quickly. A few hours after procedure, he called to ask how I was feeling and if everything was alright. I recommend this place - a very professional, clean and friendly.
Had a severe tooth ache that needed an extraction. The staff was great and made you feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Aquino was great and knows exactly what I need to fix my teeth. The best part is I don’t need to see a specialist.
I called this office yesterday morning as soon as they opened as I previously went to another dentist that gave me a botched root canal. By the time I arrived at the office, I was in so much pain I was shaking. From the front desk staff, the dental assistants, and Dr. Shim, I can’t thank them all enough for the patience they took to help me. Dr. Shim did his best to get me at least comfortable before even going over the dental Procedure and my options. I’m so thankful I was referred into this office and they were able to help me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate dental care.
