Awesome experience. The got me in the next day to take a look at something I was concerned about. The staff was professional, polite and incredibly helpful. Dr. Smith is the only dentist I will see! Amazing guy. Very highly recommend.
I LOVE White Oaks Dental ❤️ Everyone treats me like family and they show that they care about their patients. Both Dr. Kiel and Dr. Smith are two of the most kindhearted professionals I've ever met. My care has been exceptional, they've explained everything well, I've never felt rushed, and all of my questions have been answered before I left. I HIGHLY recommend them!
It had been 5 to 6 years since I had been to the dentist. I was anxious. Everyone that worked with me was fantastic and put me at ease. They were great with explaining what was going on and why through all of the different processes. I found this to really help calm my nerves. I needed 3 fillings which I was able to schedule within reasonable time. I dont normally do reviews, but I just got back from the appointment and they were fantastic yet again! They calmed my nerves, were kind, quick, and effective. They were awsome with giving me all the details I could want and need. I also really enjoyed watching the squirrels while waiting for my numbness to kick in.
Amazing experience from start to finish. The office is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Smith is incredibly skilled and gentle. They take time to explain everything and make you feel completely at ease. I’m thrilled with my results—highly recommend!
This place has helped me get past my anxiety of going to the dentist. Great people, very gentle and they even take the time to get ahold of you on their off days during emergencies. Couldn’t be happier with their services
