Even though the office was seemingly busy, I was seen very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. B. Strong and the dental assistant with her (I wish I caught her name because they both deserve a shout-out). They both were very compassionate, talkative, and made me feel comfortable. I expressed I was having some anxiety and they did everything to calm my mind. 10/10 recommend :)
Ms. Lisa is my hygienist and she’s so nice, awesome, and sweet! She always gives me helpful tips and ideas on how to keep my teeth looking beautiful and well-maintained. This has been my dental clinic since we moved here in Alamogordo, and I had a great experience all the time. All of the staff and doctors are just as kind, friendly, and very informative. I definitely recommend this clinic. Kudos to everyone who works here — you’ll feel welcome and relaxed every time you have an appointment! 😊 Shoutout to Ms. Lisa — you’re the best! 😁
I called in for an appt for an infection they got me in the next day, turned out my wisdom tooth needed to go and they got me on antibiotics and scheduled to pull it in 3 days. My last dentist just to be seen was usually a 2-3 week wait, then they would schedule me out for the corrections a month out from there. The facility is clean, the receptionists are quick to welcome you in and get you checked in. Dr Strong and the tech were great, got me taken care of quickly and comfortably. Couldn't be happier with the service provided at this office glad I made the choice to start coming here.
Staff very friendly, was very little wait once arrived Had a room ready before I could sit down . X-ray and cleaning scheduled. Lady handling X-rays was very professional, quick. Cleaning was also done with little discomfort ( I hadn't been to dentist in quite awhile 😬 Anxiety about having teeth worked on.) Wasn't really impressed with the Dentist, he did address me for a short minute before moving on.Chatting with Cleaning Technician whom was giggling and laughing. Glad to not have a stressed atmosphere. After dentist departed ,Cleaning Technician explained what I needed to work on and basicly added need to schedule return for deep cleaning. Started out fantastic but didn't feel comfortable with the experience , it seemed Robotic. I was wanting something different .
Literally the worst ever. The female Dr. Strong has the worst attitude ever and she’s so condescending. She talks down at you and if you don’t like her work she makes sure she hurts you when she pretends to fix it. She left a larger space in my teeth than when I first went. She explained why she had over filed my tooth and I understood but it was still bothering and hurting me. And nobody wants that especially in your teeth. When she was “fixing” it she hurt me not once but twice and keep in mind I’m 30 and I’ve never cried at the dentist but yet there I was crying because of how ugly she treated me and how much she hurt me. I’ve gotten fillings before and what she explained about mine and how I was going to be in pain from weeks to month makes no sense. I would NOT recommend.
