Patient Reviews
Powered by GoogleWe have been coming to this office for several years. We took a break for a little bit due to an insurance change and went to another dentist but came back due to the amazing price on orthodontic work, less than half what other orthodontists in town charge. I would highly recommend both Dr. Rowberry and Dr. Chu, although they both have very different personalities. Dr. Chu is the orthodontist and is insistent on getting it right and doing it well and very thorough where Dr. Rowberry is more casual and friendly but just as skilled! We've had kids with just about everything done here, an expander placed, braces with bands for two children and a third coming up, routine dental work, dental X-rays, four teeth pulled, fillings, cavities, crowns, etc. For our plan we pay a small copay for each visit and we were able to set the orthodontic work up on payment plans. I would encourage you to be patient with the phone situation. It's not my favorite but it works. Also knowing the orthodontist is there three days every other week helps in scheduling. I love that they're open at 7:00 a.m. and don't close till 5:30.
Everyone was so sweet and took Good care of me! The dentist was so thorough going forward with my decisions moving forward, and went through all the price options that would worked better for me! Thank you :)
My dental assistant I believe Tara was beyond sweet and kind. I told her I have extreme dental anxiety and she was on top of it making sure I was okay and comfortable and walking me through everything that was happening. The lady who cleaned my teeth Sarah was super sweet and gentle told me exactly what was happening and when I told her the numbing gel wasn’t enough on one section of my mouth she numbed me with the needle immediately no questions asked. Once the dentist, Dr. Knopp was going to pull the two teeth I needed out he explained exactly what my options were and how everything would work and made sure I didn’t feel any pain at all the entire time he was working and laid out exactly what would be happening to get my oral health exactly where I needed to be and what the steps would be moving forward. This is my first time not being terrified of the dentist and feeling at ease by the end of it. I feel lucky I finally at age 28 have a dentist and team I feel I can trust with my oral health and help me love my smile again
The meridian store always made me feel valued as a customer. They were very professional. The twin falls store not so much. The dentist I felt like he wanted me out of the store. The both of assistance that had were very professional. I had some other issues I wanted to talk to the dentist about and it seemed to me he really did not care to hear about my other issues. Communication between the person I spoke with on the phone and the actual office needs refined because I was not contacted by the actual office when the person on the phone said I would.
The only reason this place gets one star is because zero stars isn’t an option. We pay for Willamette Dental insurance, yet we’re never able to get an appointment. My wife called their emergency line for severe mouth pain, and instead of seeing her, the doctor just prescribed antibiotics without an exam. Completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your money on this insurance or their terrible service.
