Dr. Purdy and team were awesome, caring, compassionate and friendly. However, if you need to reach the folks that handle the insurance/ billing etc, GOOD LUCK! No one returns a call! We overpaid, insurance paid and were told we have a refund coming. Still have not received the refund and after several calls, still no call back! Not good Customer Service and extremely frustrating
Best dentist I've been too in years. Dr Purdy and the team did amazing. 10/10 if I could!
Took me until I was 52 to have the courage to remove my wisdom teeth. I was only going to have left side done as a comfort level for myself. Dr. Purdy and Jen kindly persuaded me into just getting them all out. I’m so glad I listened to them. It’s finally over. They were amazing. The whole staff there is awesome. I can’t recommend them enough. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. ⭐️ Very thankful I chose his practice. Awesome is an understatement.
Dr. Purdy's office is amazing, front desk Mikayla, and the rest of the staff are so kind. They truly made an unpleasant procedure as comfortable as possible for me. They were very observant to my non-verbal nervous cues during consultation. And they were readily available post. They came highly recommended by my dentist as well as people in and outside the area. For someone with a childhood fear or oral surgery, I couldnt have found a better office to take care of me.
Dr. Purdy was transparent about his concerns in my case. Everyone I met there was very kind and understanding. They didn't waste any time at my appointments. Dr. Purdy is also very good at his job. He completed a surgery nobody else would do for me.
