From my first visit to my wisdom teeth extractions my experience with this team was amazing! I was prepared for the worst after my procedure but I had 0 pain. I am still in disbelief after everything everyone told me to expect after this procedure. Thanks so much you guys are the best!! :)
This would have been a perfect 5 star event, except I felt like the pre-op interaction with me was very disconnected and I was more anxious due to this. I am an RN, so feel this could have been more personal. As to the actual dentistry, it was a very professional and pleasant experience. I would recommend Dr. Williams to all.
Was overall a good experience, if you can say having dental work done is good. I really liked that Dr Williams talks to you while doing the procedure wether it is an extraction or an implant. The entire staff is excellent!
I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Williams Oral Surgery. I would like to start by saying the staff was all very helpful, professional, and caring. Dr Williams himself is the one who earned this one star review. While in the waiting room we could hear him yelling at his staff, saying that no one was allowed to take any time off in the next few months and there should be no reason they are not fully staffed. He continued to yell about this for 10 minutes. When given the paperwork from my employer, (which I sent 3 weeks prior to my appointment and was informed could not be filled out until after the procedure was completed) he again yelled at his staff saying that he should have had it weeks ago and I should not have brought it in the day of. None of this was said to my face, but he continued to complain about me behind a closed door. During my consultation he came in, spoke to the tech, did not introduce himself, and left without saying anything. I truly don?t understand how he has gotten where he is with how he treats other people. He had no compassion for his patients or his staff, and it’s unfortunate that people like him exist in patient care
Dr Williams and his assistant were great! They explained everything they were doing throughout the procedure. It was quick and painless! I would highly recommend Williams Oral Surgery!
