I recently visited Dr. Beedes office for the first time, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Beedus was absolutely amazing—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. A special shout-out to Lisa, the hygienist—she was phenomenal. She really took her time, was incredibly thorough, and made the whole cleaning experience surprisingly enjoyable. Her friendly personality and attention to detail truly stood out. I left the office feeling well cared for and confident that I found a dental team that genuinely values their patients. Highly recommend Dr. Beedus and his staff to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
Today was my first visit to Williamsburg Dentistry East, and I appreciated the ease at which they immediately responded to my dental emergency. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. Moreover, they quickly diagnosed my.dental issue and presented solutions. I was quite impressed!
I have been going to Williamsburg Dental for quite a few years and see Dr. Gessford. He is great, and his staff are great as well. I usually get Tom for the hygienist, and he is very nice and quite funny! I did have to go to the Piedmont location about 6 months ago for an emergency when Dr. Gessford was out, and have to say that I don't recommend. The staff at that location was not friendly, and I felt like an inconvenience to them. So, if you are thinking about a new dentist, choose Dr. Gessford at the 70 & L location!
After a 37 year stint with my previous dentist, its amazing to find a place that listens and truly cares about the health of my teeth! Im so pleased with Dr. Gessfords professionalism and attitude! The entire staff is awesome!
This was my first visit to Williamsburg Dental East. From the time I walked in the door until the conclusion of my visit I was impressed with the level of attention. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and offered explanations to any and all of my questions. My hygienist was amazing. Very professional but gentle and friendly. A+ treatment from start to finish.
