Love our dentist and most of the hygienists. Our hygienist today was so kind and very helpful to explain ways my daughter could be flossing better under her braces. At our last appointment the team member working on my daughter commented several times how small her mouth was and told her to open her mouth larger when she literally couldn’t and then told her she needed to follow directions better. Totally embarrassed her and was not necessary. I guess some medical folks have better bed side manners than others. We still would recommend Willis.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brian and his staff. They are so welcoming, kind and caring from the moment you walk through the doors. They're very professional and personable and you immediately feel at ease. Dr. Brian came highly recommended by family members and I'm so glad I made that first appointment. I've always dreaded going to the dentist and would put off making an appointment as long as possible. Dr. Brian is the BEST dentist I have ever been to and I HIGHLY recommend him! He never makes you feel rushed. He takes time to explain things and wants to make sure you're comfortable and ok throughout the entire procedure. The hygienist is awesome and very helpful as well. I have all confidence in Dr. Brian and his entire staff. They're all great people! If I could leave more than a five star review, I most definitely would!
Everyone at the office is so friendly. I had to get the ok from 3 doctors because of my health. This office helped me through everything from doctor approvals to teeth removal and new teeth. I can’t express how friendly everyone there was. I went from a mouth full of bad teeth to a Hollywood smile. I’m looking forward to showing my new look off. This office has bragging rights to changing a person’s appearance for the good. I cannot express in words how proud i am with my new look. Thanks to everyone at this office. You are the greatest ever.
The front office team heard my concern the day before and got me scheduled in the next day at 8AM. Kudos to them. Dr. Podbesek was able to put me at ease as he transitioned me for my permanent crown. The technology involved and his expertise made me feel confident. He is very kind, keeps you informed through the procedure and you never feel rushed. He took the time to train his new assistant on my procedure. As a former educator, I loved knowing someone was being trained by someone so patient and skilled. I highly recommend this practice and this dentist.
Hands down the best dentist and office staff I’ve encountered. Highly recommend! They were very accommodating to an high anxiety patient. Fillings were done quickly and painlessly.
