I Had a need for an emergency visit. They got me in the same day. And within three minutes of being inside of the office, they had me in a chair. The doctor saw me within five minutes and was a very professional along with the entire staff. Everyone was very kind and made me feel comfortable, which was especially important since I have a fear Of going to the dentist.
Shoutout to Amanda Greenwood. Love getting my teeth cleaned and X-rayed by her. She did a complete set of X-rays in record speed which is nice. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, absolutely painless and they felt great afterwards.
Great practice! The dentist keeps cost and comfort in mind and what is necessary for healthy oral hygiene. My hygienist was very friendly and made me feel comfortable while putting my insecurities at ease regarding procedures. I would absolutely recommend Willow Run Dental.
Amanda is an extraordinary hygienist. Not only is she skillful during her cleanings, she is also compassionate, funny and has the gift of listening...she has my back and expresses her positive attitude regarding my maintenance. Very blessed to have landed her as the one to be guardian of my teeth!
This practice has gone downhill. I have been a life long client of this establishment, and since the changes, the care has drastically declined. They are perpetually late for your appointment, even if your appointment is scheduled at the time of opening- still late. They rush you thru your cleaning and do minimal dental work. The company used to mail reminder cards, now it has come to a last min text message 24 hours before your appointment. The staff is no where used to the high quality standards that I grew up with. It really needs to change!!! Go back to treating clients like people and not just as dollar signs!!!
