Very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, I believe her name is Julie. She was very rude, unprofessional and came across as very bossy. I felt talked down to. Made check-in experience unpleasant.
I moved here recently and needed a dentist. Dr Nobles is knowledgeable and very kind. Julie, Kelly were polite and very helpful in the front office. Debbie cleaned my teeth and she answered all my questions. So glad to have found a great dentist in Columbus MS! Check them out you won’t be disappointed!
My experience was MARVELOUS! The staff was attentive, friendly and kind! My extraction went flawlessly! Will recommend everyone i know to this fine establishment!
The 1 star is for the office workers. The office workers need to be trained on how to be professional and racial sensitivity regarding the new Juneteenth holiday. Instead of sarcastically talking about it, try doing research. 😃
Great Doctor and staff. They make you feel at ease and do wonderful work. Doctor Nobles also answers all of my many questions with patience. Never feel rushed or not welcome. Patient comfort is a top priority. I recommend them to everyone that asks.
