I had a very positive experience. The staff is wonderful and I love Dr O'Brien. They all make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They are willing to fully explain everything. My daughter saw Dr Hagigeorges recently and he was great too! They are all extremely professional and friendly. I will be staying with this office and feel that I have finally found a permanent dentist.
Wilmington Family Dental was exceptional as an introductory appointment for my Dental needs. The scheduled time began when I walked in the door. The Technician and Doctor were very thorough explaining all the procedures as they performed them. Well done.
Always friendly, take great care of you, and help with accomodations if you have anxiety or need anything. They're very good at explaining and walking through things if you need it. Always willing to listen and talk through any concerns.
I had a great experience, as always. Amy and Cheri are very kind and helpful at the front desk, and Tini is professional in every way. We all wondered, though, why a patient with a walker had to be helped through the door as it is not handicap compliant!
You may find this hard to believe. I had a very enjoyable experience at Wilmington Family Dental. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by 2 very friendly ladies behind the desk to the technician that took the X-rays, meeting Dr Kristen O’Brien asking questions feeling extremely comfortable.
