Our last service with Dr. Wilson's office for straightening my wife's teeth via Invisalign was in January of 2024. At this point we were told that there would be no more billing. A few months later we received an invoice for the bill that we were told we weren't going to get. I called them, and I asked them why we were being billed when we were told a few months earlier that there would be no further billing. The secretary on the phone re-iterated that we should ignore the invoice and assured us that we would not have to pay further, since we had discontinued our service back in January. The reason we had discontinued service was because we were moving to a new area, so we proceeded to find a new Orthodontist. The new orthodontist pointed out that her teeth could not be fixed via Invisalign, because one of her teeth needed to be turned, which Invisalign can't do. We feel blessed that we got a new orthodontist because had we gone forward with the Invisalign, it would have actually left one of her teeth crooked. OVER A YEAR passed and we had considered ourselves both lucky and the matter of the billing to be closed. Until a couple weeks ago when we received an email with another invoice. When I called them over the phone to inquire about this, they kept telling me they would call me back later on in the day. When they didn't, I would follow up the next morning. This went on for a week straight. Eventually, they sent us an email explaining that we still had a bill, despite not bothering to notify us for an entire year. This is the worst case scenario: Her teeth would not have been fixed, plus we have been relentlessly hounded with unexpected invoices despite clear assurances that our account was settled. Dr. Wilson’s office demonstrated a shocking lack of competence and communication, first by recommending an Invisalign treatment that was entirely unsuitable for my wife’s dental needs, and then by failing to manage their billing process with even a shred of professionalism. The fact that they sent an invoice over a year after we discontinued service—after explicitly telling us there would be no further charges—shows a level of disorganization and disregard for patients that is simply unacceptable. The repeated promises of follow-up calls that never materialized only added insult to injury, leaving us to chase them for answers they should have provided upfront. This practice’s inability to follow through on their own commitments, coupled with their apparent ignorance of proper treatment options, makes it impossible to recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, financial surprises, and potential dental mishaps—look elsewhere for orthodontic care.

Couldnt ask for a better place to go! Very professional and friendly! Top notch care from people that treat you like an old friend, that know what theyre doing, from Dr Wilson right on down! Thank you guys for your help over the last few years!

Great experience got my braces put on when I was 23, haven't had any issues with them. They are great, super friendly, really nice, seem to always be on time, I have never had an issue waiting and they really make the process comfortable. Im very picky when it comes to my care and im giving them 5/5. Dr. Wilson is super nice and very informative on what he is doing. I will continue to get my care here and highly recommend them every time.
