Very disappointed with the service at this office. I had a referral to take out two teeth. in december i went in for a consultation and i waited 3 hours in the waiting room just for a consultation with dr abela. dr abela finally saw me and it was about 5 minutes very rushed the consultation after waiting 3 hours. I specifically told the doctor i wanted anesthesia to be put to sleep to remove the the teeth. he told me perfect no problem he would do that for me. After the consultation i go to make my appointment to remove the teeth, three months out was the next availability, okay i understand. 3 months later today i go to my appointment. I wanted to confirm with the assistant that i were to be put under anesthesia, she was confused seeing that they didn’t put that down or know anything about me requesting that. I asked if there was still any way for me to do it still, she said no because i had already eaten prior since they didn’t advise me i couldn’t and i didn’t know. Then they offered to make another appointment and have me pay 950 with my insurance after the doctor has already told me it was covered and no problem. I refused to make an appointment again with a place such unorganized as such. very disappointing waiting all of that i did.
Very caring and attentive staff. From being able to do a a simple tooth extraction at our initial assessment for one child and took care of all insurance between the initial assessment and removal of impacted wisdom teeth for the other. Both kids were sent home with detailed care instructions and were back to normal faster than expected. Highly recommend
Office staff friendly Consult with Dr. Abela was very good and will plan future visits. It would be very helpful to have online system to enter appointment questions and data ahead of time. Reducing the time staff and patients spend with in office paperwork.
The staff is very professional, very concerned for your comfort and very helpful with any and all questions. They are great they will put your favorite music on and make you feel very relaxed🤗 Doctor Abela is great! Makes sure your comfortable and makes sure your doing ok...I highly recommend going to this office.
My son had his wisdom teeth out at Winchester Oral Surgery. The whole staff was kind, professional and efficient. The procedure took about 45 minutes. And the follow up about 15. Dr. Arbela is very personable. The whole team made the experience as pleasant as possible. Would highly recommend.
