I had a great experience at Winchester Oral Surgery. I’ve had both my wisdom teeth removed and a dental implant done here, and both procedures went smoothly. I was put to sleep each time and had no issues at all during or after. The surgeon and staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. They made sure I understood everything beforehand and helped me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated that they followed up with me after I got home to check on my recovery. I would highly recommend Winchester Oral Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery—they truly take great care of their patients!
Had a tooth extracted. They are very professional. Prompt on their appointment time, no waiting once I got there. They did the consult, thoroughly explained everything and got to work on the procedure. Put me asleep, the whole procedure was very fast and painless. Very highly recommended!
I had the best experience having oral surgery with Dr. Caviello and his team at the Winchester Oral Surgery Center. My husband had six implants done at their office and recommended them … my Dentist recommended them … so when I needed a tooth removed and a bone graft done, I went to them and am glad I did! I had the procedure done, was sent home with things to help me heal and they even called that day to make sure I was ok. I would highly recommend them if you need this support!!!!
I got my wisdom teeth out here and ALL of the staff were wonderful. I have a tremendous fear of needles but they reassured me and helped me through it quickly so that it didn’t feel scary. I didn’t faint like I normally do either. They helped me after the procedure and a few hours later when I was home from the procedure they called to see how I was doing. Their communication was great, they were very professional and they took great care. I highly recommend them.

The procedure itself went smoothly, and she felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. What stood out most to me was the level of compassion shown from start to finish — including the follow-up phone call after discharge to check on how I was doing. That extra step meant a lot and showed how much they truly care about their patients.
