I came in for my first visit at Smiles of Virginia, and the work they performed was PHENOMENAL! From tips+tricks w oral hygiene, to recommendations of top of the line products, they covered so much w me, not to mention they had an answer for each question I had! The front desk ladies greeted me with kindness, and Rosa (the Dental Hygienist) was very informative and friendly throughout my whole appointment, not to mention Dr. Kim who explained a lot of my question and resolved many of my concerns. Overall the staff at Smiles of Virginia definitely left me w a Smile! I would give 100/5 stars
As a person with sensory issues, I can honestly say this is the most accommodating, most communicative, and kindest dentists offices I've ever visited. Even after just three visits, they know me and my preferences. A remote for the tv above the chair, headphones, they let me wear the lead apron, a little pillow, honestly I've had spa experiences less luxurious than this. Dr Enns is especially good about communicating what she's doing, when to expect a noise or water, noticing when I need a break, etc. Everyone uses my correct pronouns after I mentioned it to one person, without fuss or question. 11/10, can't recommend enough.
My latest visit to Smiles of Virginia Dental was exceptional! I always worry about the initial pain of getting anesthetics when going to the dentist. However, I did not even feel a pinch when getting work done for my filling. Dr. Greg and Malika were super professional, careful, and very kind while I sat in the chair comfortably. I was very impressed with the work they had done and they made me feel right at home.
I am not a fan of dental visits but I definitely have become a fan of Smiles of Virginia Family Dentistry! Highly recommend. Easy to schedule. Fantastic professional staff. Clean and modern by all standards. It does not get any nicer and easier than this. I’ve had two visits so far. Back in a week to remove and replace another cracked, aged filling. So glad I found this group!
I’m a registered nurse and this place is CLEAN, it’s state of the art, it’s smoothly ran from start to end, and they get a 5/5 on customer service also. I have 2 daughters with cystic fibrosis and I will be establishing them here since having such a pleasant experience and seeing the cleanliness of the facility and workers/techniques. Rosa was my hygienist and she was kind, personable and explained everything in detail. All of which I’m personally big on as a nurse, treating patients like human beings and with dignity. Rosa was great! Dr Carlee was also phenomenal! She had a great beside manner, was personable and made me feel comfortable in all ways. We even laughed! She answered questions about seeing my daughters, accommodating their personal and special needs. I’m grateful to have found this place and recommend them over anywhere else I’ve ever been. Thank you SO much for setting the example of what all healthcare should be and look like. 💜🙏😊
