Really nice staff. Had xrays & examine. Very happy with results of visit! They fit me in due to a cancelation.
My son and I have been going there for the past several years, and we are always treated with kindness and respect. The staff is very helpful, empathetic, and just over all a great group of folks. They moved office maybe a little over a year or so now, and its a nice office, always clean and smells clean too. All the equipment you can tell is sterilized and cleaned daily. They have a nice waiting area, with a water cooler if you're thirsty. They also offer guest Wi-Fi. They have plenty of parking with handicap ♿️ parking as well. They also have a handicap ramp to get inside of the building, and they have clean bathrooms as well. My son and I both have had nothing but wonderful experiences and we are thankful to have them as our dentist(s). Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼
I have been going to this dental facility for a long time, always have had nice experience. Not at all today. I went in to fix a chip in a tooth that years prior they broke in a cleaning, it chipped again recently, they were great about getting me in, but the price they charged for fixing a very small chip that the dentist said will not even last a year was almost what I paid for an entire cap being put on my back tooth. I would not suggest going to this facility, it's obviously overcharging. I called around and that was two times the price of any other dentist in this area to fix this small chip
They toook care of me i had some issues from the first procedure but they listened and diagnosed the problem were patient and kind and fixed the problem! Im am very grateful to be able to eat properly with no pain and be cavity free! Thank you truly
I am beyond impress with the staff here!! I have been treated so well by all. I can not thank dr Chan and all the ladies (sorry I forgot their names) that worked on my teeth the last couple appts. I’ve never had a dentist take his time and be so caring w my overall needs/health. He literally gave me an entire exam checking to make sure there was no oral cancer. Took his time doing my extraction cleaning the poison out and then today fixing my two front teeth that were starting to decay. I can not express how thankful I am and blessed to be able to smile again w confidence!! Kudos to Windham county dental for saving my Teeth!! I’d also like to add that the ladies at the front desk (I know one name was Jamie) were also very sweet and accommodating!!! I give them a 5+ star ⭐️ rating hands down!!!
