Went in for a toothache issue I had been having and was able to get the to get the tooth pulled the same day. Staff was so sweet and respectful, will be bringing my kids to the best dentist in town!
I got up early this morning to drive my elderly friend to the Dentist. (Dr. Hal Wynn) 8:00am appointment. Without the details, I have never been treated so rudely by a professional and staff. My friend has been a lifelong patient and wasn’t even given time to ask about a tooth before being rushed out of the office. I’m fully aware of Covid, fully vaccinated, still wear a mask and was told to leave. Not asked, TOLD! Patient was in the chair 5 minutes and the tooth was smoothed. She needs 2 fillings replaced. I’m so thankful for my Dentist (Dr. Abide) and his staff.
Dr. Winn just proved, that he is the best dentist in Greenville, MS. If you want to be in good hands with good care, go see him! He gonna be your best choice!
The name is Justin Gullett and I called to make an appointment. The one that answered the phone was extremely rude and argumentive. All I was trying to tell her that when I showed up the first time to get my tooth pulled he didn't do it and tried selling me fillings and stuff. Stuff I couldn't afford. All I told her was that I wasn't gonna wait another 3 weeks for an appointment if he wasn't gonna pull it and she went off. I didn't say it rudely or anything and she said told me I was gonna have to go somewhere else and hung up on me. I have never seen talked to anyone so argumentive in my life. They are lucky they are the only ones here that take Medicaid or they'd have no business Just like everything in Greenville the workers have an attitude problems. Save yourself the trouble and go to indianola or Cleveland.
I had an abscessing tooth that was causing seriously pain. I waited at least two weeks on my appointment and missed a call from them the day before and they CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT and told me that the 22nd was the earliest they could reschedule. It was the 8th. She was very short and unprofessional in the office. If you care about your family, take them somewhere else. The only other time I came, they were supposed to pull teeth, the dentist broke the tooth off in my gums and the my 50 dollar appointment turned into 250 dollars.
