Highly Recommend! I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed 1 week prior to Christmas, recovery went very well. The procedure went smoothly, the doctor walked me through the procedure. It was nice to speak with the anesthesiologist she answered all of my questions and put me at ease. They also send you with postoperative instructions that were very helpful. Thank you to all the Wisdom Teeth Staff you all were amazing!
We had such a wonderful experience at Wisdom Teeth Guys today for my daughter’s wisdom tooth removal. From start to finish, the staff was professional, kind, and reassuring. They explained everything clearly, made my daughter feel comfortable, and the procedure went smoothly. The recovery instructions were easy to follow, and we left feeling confident and cared for. I truly appreciate the team’s expertise and compassion — they turned what could have been a stressful day into a positive one. Highly recommend!
Had a wisdom tooth surgery about a week ago from wisdom guys, and it was a great experience. They give you very clear instructions regarding pre and post surgery procedures. I’m a week into recovery, and I already feel relatively okay, only having minor soreness in my jaw.
I had a great experience, my wisdom teeth were bothering me and this place was the only place I found that took my AHCCCS. I am 22 and they helped me make an x ray appointment quickly and after a few days my insurance was approved to remove all 4 of my teeth! I was nervous the day of my surgery, all the staff were nice and they put me to sleep and when I woke up I felt no pain and after a week and a half I felt all better with the medication they prescribed. Even if you don’t have insurance this place is very affordable compared to other orthodontist. Overall as a young adult for my first surgery it went well!
NO POST-OP CARE PROVIDED- BEWARE If you need any post-op support or if you want assurance that your surgery team will support you. I had surgery Thursday and now have a dry socket, which is normal. However, in calling their office in Tucson, I was told that it's not actually their office. They are a traveling team and do not support any post-op issues or followups. It is crazy to treat customers like that and not provide any type of followup care or support. I am in disbelief how a team of dentists can feel good about leaving their patients suffering. They were happy to bill my insurance a lot of money and now I have no one to help me. The support agent from their team also begin to get defensive and a bit argumentative with me even, though I was clearly not blaming her, but explaining how bad I feel and simply wanted to provide this feedback to her team. Direct feedback Jack Snow, Ben HIlton, and Jenny Gregg who are the Dentist, and General Managers: The removal and treatment itself was great. The post-op experience is unbelievable. You clearly do not care for you patients and you do not disclose anywhere on your website that your offices are not staffed nor will you help with issues post-op. Your team asked me to drive to phoenix with a dry socket if I wanted help and if it escalates to an infection to go find a different dentist. You are happy to bill insurance and take the money with no thought or care for your patient's well-being. Customers who have paid and had surgery are left to seek other dentists to help with their recovery. Website should be editted to say: WE DO NOT STAFF OFFICES IN THESE LOCATIONS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE POST-OP SUPPORT. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO SEE A DIFFERENT DENTIST FOR POST-OP SUPPORT!
