As someone terrified of needles and most healthcare things done to me, they did absolutely amazing. I was so calm before going under due to the staff letting me know of everything that was going to happen and asked multiple times if I had any concerns or questions which I really appreciated. The nurse who put in the IV got it perfectly without it hardly hurting me at all! They were very comforting when I woke up from surgery and overall they exceeded my expectations and made this a really positive experience!
I had my wisdom teeth removed at Wisdom Teeth Guys, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism and CONFIDENCE of the ENTIRE TEAM stood out from the friendly, welcoming receptionist to Dr. Cook, who was absolutely amazing. The procedure was smooth, well-explained, and far less stressful than I expected. The team made me feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way, which says a lot when it comes to dental surgery. If you’re nervous about getting your wisdom teeth out, this is the place to go. Exceptional care, great communication, and outstanding results. Highly recommend!
The Wisdom Teeth Guys were so professional and one of the best office staffs! From booking the appointment to pre and post wisdom tooth extraction, seamless! Traveled from California to the Provo, Utah office for removal of all 4 wisdom teeth. Booked the appointment, arrived, X-rays taken, teeth extracted, and recovery was seamless, uncomplicated, and minimal pain. Not to mention how clean the office was. From cost to care, It would be a disservice to not recommend the Wisdom Teeth Guys!! Thank you so much!
I’m the mother of the patient, so I can only speak to that level of involvement of my experience with The Wisdom Teeth Guys. 10/10 would recommend. They addressed my questions and concerns with knowledge and professionalism. I was a nervous wreck before my son’s appointment but they made me feel at ease right away. They gave me a number to send messages to if I had questions after the procedure, and when I messaged them they were very prompt with responding, which I am so appreciative of. My younger son said he wants to have his wisdom teeth removed here when the time comes!
Had a very good experience with the Wisdom Teeth guys! They did a wonderful & quick job. Staff & Dr’s were very kind, welcoming and calming in such a nerve racking situation! Thanks for taking care of me and sending me home to rest all within 30 minutes! So if you’re looking for not only great service during surgery but also after - these guys are the ones - checking in afterwards as well.
