Awesome staff nice waiting area with HUUUUUGEEE tv!!!! Comfortable couches clean establishment dr.walsh and his colleagues were very professional they made me feel really comfortable while getting my extractions!!!! Fair pricing too :)
I had a very frustrating experience with this office. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I received multiple phone calls (over four) regarding insurance verification and conflicting information. Each time I clarified my coverage, I was told something different, which created confusion and unnecessary stress. Ultimately, the lack of clear communication and coordination resulted in my appointment being cancelled the same day it was scheduled without any mentions of alternatives. After preparing for the visit and taking time off work, this was extremely disappointing. Professionalism and consistent communication are critical in healthcare settings, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect that standard.
Dr Villa and his staff are absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and considerate to your needs. They answered each and every question I had, any concerns I brought up. I have had the same procedure done twice with a different practice. Hands down my experience was better with Dr Villa was better. It is all about the way his practice treats his patients. If you are considering having some dental work done, I highly recommend this practice.
I’m terrified of anything dental and Dr Vila and all the staff at WISE from front office to back is so nice, Caring and kind. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They did a great job and I don’t have anything negative to say. Thank you for taking wonderful care of me! 🫶🥰 I highly recommend WISE Oral Dental for anyone looking into having oral surgery.
I was referred to Dr.Walsh with W.I.S.E.Oral Surgery to extract a problem molar that I had 2 previous root canals on and capped 10 years ago. Through the years I’ve had inflammation and slight pain from lingering infection on the tooth so both my Dentist Dr Nix and Dr Walsh recommended extraction and implant after bone healing. I’m 24 hours after extraction writing this review and doing so much better than I had anticipated at this stage of the process! I’ve had very minimal pain the day of and actually zero pain less than 24 hours after. I’m very happy with how i was treated by all involved in this process and it shows how much Dr Walsh and staff love their job at hand by their professionalism in treatment. Thanks Again and see you all in 2026 for the next phase.
