I just called to see three things 1) are you accepting new patients? 2) do you accept my insurance? 3) schedule an appt for my dental issues. I couldn't even get to the third question because when I told the lady on the phone what insurance i have, I got the response of: Oh they don't pay to our office... Ummm? What? Who? Ok, let's break this down. If the insurance company doesn't pay out to you, I don't really need to know all that info. A simple, no, I'm sorry ma'am we don't accept that insurance would have been a perfectly acceptable answer for me anyways. I would have been OK with that answer. I really didn't need to know that that specific insurance doesn't pay you. That sounds like an office problem not patients problem. Unless the patient agrees to pay you out of pocket? But I can't afford that. That's why I have insurance. That's ok, that just let me know how well my dentures could have turned out! Thanks for saving me any future issues with you!
My wife and I gone there for many, many years, even when it was located at a different location in Chillicothe. My first dentist was Dr. Toth. We've always have been quite pleased with the service we have received. Everyone is friendly and professional.
In my younger days, I had very bad experiences with dentists. Since I have been going to the dentist here, they have taken time and giving me patience to help me through my anxiety. They do an excellent job here. I would recommend them very much.

5 stars is not enough. I was referred to an oral surgeon by my regular dentist at another office for a badly infected tooth. Oral surgeons all over ohio are booked for months. This office, where i have never been a patient, did not hesitate to not only see me, but to remove the tooth and save me from waiting for months to have relief from one of the worst forms of pain, a toothache. I had already been in horrid pain for weeks when I walked in their door. Dr Payne and all of his staff were funny, comforting, respectful and made a bad situation as positive as it could have been. Dr Payne, to you and your staff, I owe a heartfelt Thank You.
