I am very apprehensive about going to the dentist. Dr. Trail and staff had me feeling more comfortable in no time. Janice treated me with a great deal of respect and empathy while discussing my treatment plan and financial options. Debbie was very patient with the high level of anxiety that I was feeling the day of my procedure. Her gentle touch and frequent queries regarding my comfort level made my visit much more pleasant than I had hoped for. So grateful to have found this perio group.
Dr. Trail is the BEST dental professional I have ever met! He has such a calm presence which really helped my anxiety, and he explained everything so that I could understand. Dr. Trail and his assistant (I wish I could remember her name) work so well together and my procedure went perfectly. I cannot speak highly enough of them. This practice should be at the top of your list for any and all of your perio needs. Oh and he plays the flute which is super cool!😎
My experience was great from the time I made my appointment until my visit was complete. The receptionist explained everything concerning insurance and what to expect during my appointment. Dr. Trail and his assistant were very welcoming and warm. He kept me informed during my entire appointment about what he was doing, and what needed to be done in the future. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs periodontics and/or dental implants.
Dr. Trail is awesome! Great at explaining the details of the procedures and puts the patient at ease. His support staff were also great during my procedure. If you need any mouth work that falls within Dr. Trails specialty, I highly reccomend him!
Very complete oral exam. Treatment plan well explained. Felt comfortable thru whole appointment process. Had my surgery and Dr. Trail and his assistant were amazing. They used a specialized machine to deliver the numbing medication and this helped with my anxiety and lessened the pain with the injections. I was able to stay calm and reassured throughout the process and the post-op care was well explained. I can’t say enough about Dr. Trail and his team. I highly recommend Dr. Trail for any periodontal needs.
