I got my wisdom teeth removed a couple of months ago and they gave me penicillin after I filled out multiple forms and told multiple people I was severely allergic. Luckily I realized it before taking it. Walgreens should’ve caught it but they didn’t either. Everybody makes mistakes which I understand. My main issue was that I addressed these concerns with the office and was told I’d be called but back but never heard back. No apology, no checking in to see if I was fine after receiving complaints from me on something they had clearly severely messed up. Very disappointed with my experience. I ask they double check before prescribing medicines to people post surgery.
This guy is so great! He's been an angel to us. We needed teeth pulled so we could start Radiation and Chemo. They worked us in the next day. His office staff is amazing. No words could ever say how much we appreciate him and his staff.
Went for wisdom tooth extraction - Dr Woodard was very professional, his pre and post procedure care is amazing. I got an impacted and another wisdom tooth removed in less than 30 mins. Got it done under sedation, but have no memory of what happened - it was that smooth. The front desk staff were really helpful - I got my initial appointment and extraction all done within 2 weeks of me calling them. - they are pretty good about calling ppl for the cancellation slots so patients can get their dental care faster. Overall great care at low costs, friendly staff and great dentist! Would 100% recommend.
Just got all four wisdom teeth removed yesterday. Dr. Woodard is kind, professional and calm. He takes time to make sure you’re educated and know what to expect. I was put under general & the procedure took 20 minutes. Easy peasy!
Was referred by my dentist. Called to make an appointment. I wonder if Dr. Woodard knows that his office staff is rude and patronizing? I was told with Covid and kids going back to school (and someone's kid was in the background) that I couldn't be seen for a consult before September. I have a draining abscess with a double worked root canal. I can't take antibiotics for 6 weeks without risk of c-diff or worse. Amazing, a different well- respected oral surgeon down the street worked me in for Monday. Dr. Woodard, you need to talk to your staff that answers your phones.
