I needed to get in at the last minute and the wonderful gals were able to fit me in due to a cancellation. The hygienist was so friendly and informative and Dr. Hughes was kind and friendly and affable. I highly recommend this dentist office for its professionalism and excellent customer service (which was so good it was like being with friends!)
They are the best! I believe Courtney was my hygienist for my last two visits and she is the sweetest person. She explains what she is doing as she does it, she’s efficient and most importantly, she has a kind and welcoming demeanor. All the dentists are great and friendly. The front desk staff is excellent and they’re super friendly as well. The office is always clean and they’re always on time. I’ve never experienced a long wait time. I always recommend this office to anyone that asks.
I found the girls at the front desk professional and welcoming! The hygienist, I can't praise her enough. I thought my hygienist at my periodontist's office was excellent, but Courtney exceeded my expectations. She was pleasant to talk with about my concerns. She answered every question I had and made suggestions to help me with my problems. She didn't give off an impatient vibe in any of the questions I asked her. She works as a hygienist, and her work was excellent. I couldn't stop smiling after she finished my cleaning.😁 I made sure to ask her to put me on her schedule for my next cleaning when I'm there. I can't say enough about my experience, as it was the first time she cleaned my teeth. She's a keeper! Thank you, Courtney!
They do an excellent job! Have been going here for three years and they have taken excellent care of my teeth. They let me know of things I should keep an eye on at home, and they have been very flexible to help me get forms for the reserve completed.
Staff is very friendly and personable. My two older children (12 & 16 ) had dental work done and each time they came out complimenting Dr. Rolen. They preferred her over their previous pediatric dentists. I'm so glad I have found a dentist the whole family feels comfortable going to.
