I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Stearns yesterday and had an exceptional experience. I came in to Dr. Stearns office with a started root canal for her to finish and high anxiety. She is sweet and calming. She has a great bedside manner especially for patients with anxiety. She went about the procedure slowly and explained everything very well. I can’t say enough other than she was phenomenal and I was very pleased. I highly recommend her!!
Dr. Stern was exceptional. My daughter has severe dental anxiety. Dr. Stern and her team were attentive and patient which helped my daughter immensely. My daughter would not have been able to have her root canal had it not been for Dr. Stern’s abilities and disposition.
Had to edit my review because I just can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr Stern is incredibly professional and has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced from a medical professional. Her assistant Dawn is also a gem. I've had dental anxiety my whole life but they both made me feel incredibly safe and cared for.
I came to Worcester Endodontics to have a root canal this morning, and I had such a good experience that I wanted to fill out the review. It really was pain-free (I was scared it would hurt because I’d never had a root canal before). The office had a warm and welcoming vibe, and Doctor Stern and the assistant who took care of me made sure I was safe and comfortable the entire time I was there. Perfect experience and I recommend them if you need a root canal. I am glad I went here!
Yesterday I visited Dr. Stern for an infected back molar. She and her assistant put me at ease(I have bad dental anxiety)and throughout the procedure explaining everything as she worked. She gave me lots of breaks due to my TMJ issues and even though the tooth is still questionable my experience here was great! Thank you to Dr. Stern and Tiffany and the rest of the office staff... I will definitely be back when I have another issue. I only wish I had found you sooner...
