I was seen here for my first root canal. Dr Dines was very professional and understanding of my past trauma with dental surgery. I'd like to send a special thank you towards the dental technician that was also present during the operation. Tynara (I really hope I'm spelling that right) put her hand on my shoulder for support during the hardest parts to help support me through that. That instrumental support and Dr. Dines communicating the process throughout, really helped to make this experience easier than I expected.

I had extreme mouth pain due to a broken tooth, I could barely speak. I called 4 dentists - all who were either closed bc it was Friday, or the dentist was out of the office. I finally found this office. I called at 8:53am and they had me in by 10:30AM, in a chair dor 11:15am, and tooth extracted by 12:15p. I am super afraid of the dentist and I had never gotten a tooth pulled before without being put under so I was a huge ball of anxiety. But The office was so clean, the front desk was so nice, and Dr. Hahn and her assistant Kayla were so amazing! They made sure I was comfortable - covered me in a blanket, gave me a stress ball, made sure that I was numbed up real good before proceeding. They took their time and were patient with me, they were kind, and hilarious. They truly are a blessing from God. I’d recommend this place over and over and over again.

Everyone is very kind and personable. Jennifer was a wonderful assistant and I am sorry I didn’t catch everyone’s name, because everyone deserves to be mentioned by name for the excellent customer service they provided. Dr. Hahn is personable and honest with a great patient bedside and I feel I will get the periodontal care that I need and want. Thank you again and I look forward to improving the health of my teeth and gums. Thank you again for being kind and taking the time on Good Friday.
