I’ve had dental anxiety since I was a kid, so going to the dentist has always been stressful for me. The team at Word-of-Mouth completely changed that for me. Dr. Mark and his assistant Sydney were absolutely amazing. I recently had a filling done, and the entire numbing process was a breeze. I didn’t feel the needle at all. They were so gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole appointment. I truly felt comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this office, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety!
I’m a children's dentist from out of state, but I recently bought a home in Colorado. When my father-in-law broke his front tooth, I reached out to my contact at the Colorado Springs Dental Society, who recommended Dr. Bowen. She knew him from Mission of Mercy and shared that he had retired from the military after running a residency program, and now works with Word of Mouth. From my very first call, the front desk team was incredibly kind and welcoming. They were able to schedule him the same day, and the post and core were repaired promptly. My father-in-law was so impressed with the entire office that he went ahead and had his partial fixed as well. No sore spots—and it no longer flips out when he eats! Thank you to Dr. Bowen and the whole team for taking such great care of our family member. I’ll be recommending your office to others.
This was my first experience with Word of Mouth and I am completely satisfied with my care today! From the front desk, the assistant, the dental hygenist, and to Dr. Don, all were caring, listened intently to my wishes and executed to perfection. Heather was extremely gentle and thorough in the cleaning of my teeth! Makyla ensured that she explained all details prior to starting my pano on my mouth. The front desk was welcoming and clear and concise with all charges and my well being. Dr. Don was happy and welcoming, making me feel comfortable within his office. He was clear and consise with his dental plan for me! I almost failed to mention, that you can have an adult beverage of your choice if you so desire, Yessss! Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would recommend this team to anyone and everyone looking for a wonderful practice!
Absolutely AMAZING experience with Dr. Bowen! I recently had a crown replaced, and everything from start to finish was outstanding. Dr. Bowen and his entire staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was smooth, virtually painless, and clearly explained, which I really appreciated. The quality of work is top-notch, and this was easily one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a dentist you can truly trust, Dr. Bowen is the one. Highly, highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of visiting Word of Mouth Dentistry yesterday. I had to have an old crown replaced that I’ve had for twenty-five plus years. Dr. Donn and his assistant, Ashley, did the work for me. They were very skilled and gentle. My comfort was a top priority for them as they asked several times if i was doing ok. Getting the crown replaced in one visit was so awesome! Most dentistry’s would do the removal and give you a temporary, then you’d have to visit them again once the new crown was made. The entire staff was so friendly; it really took the stress out of a dreaded visit to the dentist! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTISTRY!!!!! I live in the Denver suburbs and the drive to Colorado Springs is well worth it!
