Been coming here for years. When Dr Sutherland was here, ne was great. Dr. Ballard has been here for many years now. Not only does he have the prettiest eyes, he is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and super great in his practice of dentistry. The hygienist are always kind and good company when getting your teeth cleaned. Office staff is always polite and kind.
My son is experiencing dental pain and discomfort due to metal caps on his teeth, which require removal. Although WSD accepted my insurance card, they refused to provide the necessary dental work and instructed my wife to forcefully remove the caps by pushing back and forth until the tooth comes out. This is unacceptable and raises the question of why they accepted my insurance in the first place if they were unwilling to provide the service it covers. Additionally, I will be contacting my insurance provider to ensure that no fraudulent billing occurred.
The best dentist I've ever been to... and I've been to my fair share. I've put off a lot of my dental work in the past and these people now have me excited to get it done. They're friendly, informative, thorough, and reeeeaaally good at what they do! From the front desk staff to Dr. Ballard to the dental hygienists, they're all just amazing!
I had never been to this dentist before, but when I broke my front tooth on a Friday night, this was the only emergency line I could call (being an unregistered patient). Not only did Dr. Ballard call me back within an hour of my initial call, he scheduled me an appointment to assess the situation. When I went in for my preliminary appointment, I was more than impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the presence of barrier films on the instruments in the room. The staff was very prompt and friendly. I never experienced a lengthy wait or felt like I was forgotten about in the procedure room. I was not able to get my tooth fixed until Tuesday, but the work Dr. Ballard did on my tooth came out beautifully! My tooth doesn't feel lumpy, abnormally large, or out of place. I will definitely be back for regular cleanings and any other dental need I may have.
They listened even if i spoke to much. They were kind to my kids and to me. Even when I didnt share the same view as them. It was such a relief to find them after 2.5 yrs of looking for a dentist after we moved here. They were also able to take on all of my kids as their cleints. Thank you Wright Street Dental🙃
