I am 73 years old. I have never had such a complete, thorough exam as I had today with Dr. Joe Yancho. His communication skills were simply outstanding: natural and genuine and he explained what he was doing and why. He took his time and got to know me in this initial visit. His hygienist, Sarah, was also outstanding: personable, explaining what she was doing, and also spoke with sincere pride about being a member of this dental practice. She's been practicing at Yancho for a long time and she said many of the staff drive an hour to work there. The receptionist offered a warm welcome and Keelin, the check-out team member was warm, kind and offered the next steps to me in a complete and clear way. If you're looking for an honest and thoughtful dentist and team as well as state of the art training and skills, give them a call. Now. Just terrific people and dental practice! The best! And, that's saying something for a 73 year old, right?
I have been going to Dr. Yanchos for almost 20 years. His office staff are very kind and caring. Angie has been my hygenist fir as long as I have been going. She is excellent. Dr. Yanchos takes the utmost care when performing dental procedures. He takes time explain all your options and ensures you are comfortable prior to starting any procedure. I would recommend this dentist practice 100%.
Transitioned to Yancho Family Dentistry not quite a year ago and am very happy we did. The whole staff is kind and caring. Both Dr. Phil and Dr. Joe listen carefully to your concerns. They are both very comprehensive and work with you to ensure you have healthiest teeth possible. Highly recommend!
Excellent appointment. I had a 90 minute crown yesterday with no discomfort Win win. Dr Joe did a great job and Sarah was so kind and helpful. We love this practice for the two doctors and the wonderful staff. They go above and beyond to be kind and helpful.
Lovely office! The staff is so kind and Dr. Yancho is very personable and thorough. I have a lot of dental anxiety and everyone helped me feel at ease, making it easier to keep going!
