Dr. Ganoe and the woman that assisted him were awesome. I am not the easiest of patients because I have really bad anxiety and I waited too long to address my dental issues due to a few factors that were outside of my control. I do wish I had been able to have 2 valiums instead of one before going in and the Prescott location does not offer anything beyond novicaine such as nitric oxide or laughing gas. But he quickly surgically removed roots from 3 broken off and infected molars and 2 teeth that were also molars and one of them was very infected. It's been a couple of weeks and things are healing great. The price was good and they were professional, kind, patient, and I would go back for sure. Thank you Dr. Ganoe, you're a true pro!
I should’ve been going in to have a basic extraction done, even after being prepped and ready by a referring dentist. My teeth are all going to be removed eventually. The doctor wanted to farm me out for either a second opinion or to have someone else do a procedure that is not needed or wanted and he would not pull the infected molars. if you’re planning on getting help or having work done, I would seek a different doctor even after doing nothing they make sure that you know they have to bill you for their inability to do work. I do not recommend wasting your time, especially while suffering tooth pain.
I was referred to Dr Sorensen for emergency removal of an abscess tooth with horribly infected gums. I hadn't slept well in days and was in a massive amount of pain. Everyone at the office was compassionate and worked to get me relief ASAP. Within 24 hours of first contact, Dr Sorensen had me fixed, out of pain and on the road to recovery. Thank You for your professionalism and sense of urgency.
Wonderful experience with professional and warm staff. Prescott office thoroughly focused on my needs and concerns and explained procedures for administrative processes and dental surgery. I needed extraction of infected molar asap. I was already happy and relieved with my first phone call with Renee, who juggled my concerns to get me in quickly for evaluation and x-rays, but also possibility to get the tooth extracted the same day (which I wanted and hoped for). She provided options so I could efficiently choose to fill out papers online or in office. Katy provided itemized costs quickly. Technical Assistant Scarlett got me set up with xrays and made prepping easy and pleasant. And oral surgeon Dr Ganoe is excellent. He was focused on my specific situation, put me at ease and explained details well. I was relaxed throughout the entire experience being cared for by terrific professionals.
My teenage daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, 2 baby teeth extracted and bone removed to expose her adult teeth that were stuck in her pallet. Dr. Ganoe was amazing. We had an excellent experience with the entire staff. Each interaction we had everyone was friendly, Dr.Ganoe explained everything clearly and not only to me, but to my daughter as well. The follow up appointment a week later was just as satisfactory.
