Yesterday I went in for my wisdom teeth removal and from the moment I checked in, everything was seamless. I didn’t wait long at all before being taken back, and the entire process was incredibly fast and efficient. Since I had a referral, this was actually my first time meeting everyone. My first appointment was the day of my surgery, so they completed a quick consultation before bringing me back to the surgery room. Even with everything happening the same day, I never once felt rushed or overlooked. From the moment I walked into the oral surgery room, I was greeted by Tony and assisted by him and Bobby both absolute sweethearts! Bobby was the first person I met; she took my X-rays and was present during the consultation before the procedure. The energy in the room was nothing but positive. I came in feeling very anxious and nervous, but they made me feel calm and at ease right away. They asked me questions about myself that kept my mind occupied and distracted from what was actually happening, which helped more than they probably realize. That level of care truly shows how much they invest in making their patients feel comfortable. Not every office carries that kind of energy, and it makes such a difference. Dr. Jun was also wonderful welcoming, kind, and professional. As soon as he walked into the surgery room, he began preparing my IV for the anesthesia. The last thing I remember before falling asleep was him reassuring me that they were going to take really good care of me and that is exactly what they did. That moment alone brought me so much peace. You could genuinely tell that everyone there is happy to be doing what they do, and that’s something truly admirable especially in a setting where patients may already feel nervous. It was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I’m currently recovering and so grateful for how smooth everything has been. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing oral surgery.
Top and bottom wisdom teeth extraction, right side! It was a pleasure having Dr David Roe being my Oral Surgeon. He was very kind, and he made me feel very comfortable. He explained to me my procedure will go very well. With no problems. You were right, Excellent work! Thank you Dr Roe. I decided not to be put to sleep. After the procedure clotted up fast. Very mild pain, which I did not have to take any pain medicine. Healing faster than what I expected. Dr Roe assisted was wonderful very kind and professional. Can not leave out the rest of the great staff. Thank you for making me feel comfortable like I was at home. It does take the fear away going to the dentist and to see a Oral Surgeon. What a pleasant surprise to get a personal phone from Dr Jun 3 hours after my molar extraction asking how I was feeling. No one has ever cared so much. My entire experience from initial call for registration to final step of getting in my car after extraction surgery is outstanding and fantastic. Dr Jun and staff outdid everyone.
