I am extremely disappointed with the billing and administrative practices at Yucca Dental. I was contacted on 11/5/25 (and every month since then till now) regarding a $276.80 balance from 2024. Upon investigating with my insurance provider myself, I discovered the claim was never processed because the office failed to submit the required clinical visit notes and basic information regarding the dentist's license number. Despite my relocation out of state, I am still the one facilitating communication that the office should have handled years ago. Their lack of administrative follow-through and poor coordination with insurance providers is unacceptable. If you value transparent billing and professional insurance handling, you may want to look elsewhere.
Had my dental cleaning. Chris is very friendly & is concerned about how you feel. I go every 6 months & have always been pleased with the results. See Dr. Farion once a year with X-rays. I haven’t needed any service other than my cleaning for several years.
People were very nice but 474.00 for an extraction I think was way too much but they had me pay in advance. The physical pain they put me through was way too much. If they hadn’t made me pay in advance I would have disputed the cost. Wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone.
He was so respectful talked me threw the whole process even stopped when I said I could feel it and gave more medicine. First time in a long time I have felt comfortable during an extraction
I had a wonderful experience at the Yucca Dental office everyone was very friendly and professional and it was very clean. I highly recommend!
