I went in for my appointment at Zak Dental with Dr. Knold, and he was great—such an awesome dentist. He explained everything clearly and has excellent bedside manner. Melissa, the office manager, helped me at the front with scheduling appointments and answering all my questions about insurance and copays. She’s incredibly kind and you can tell she truly enjoys her job. Patty was a great assistant very warm and happy. I also really enjoyed the virtual exam—way better than regular exams, and I loved having my own treatment person. I give this place a 10 hands down. Such an awesome office!
I arrived to inquire about treatment and my options. I was met by Nataly at the front desk, she was very pleasant. After speaking with her, Next I had the pleasure of speaking to Melissa. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I appreciate her patience and professionalism. I had an exceptional experience, which is rare these days, I don't do reviews but felt I needed to after my wonderful experience. You should know that Melissa is a great asset to have at your practice.You can tell she cares about us patients and takes the time to make sure we feel welcomed and comfortable with our dental treatments/plan and decision to choose this practice for our dental care needs. I liked the office I took my son. The front was very helpful and it looked like the office manager was teaching the front how to do things while helping 7 other people. She was very nice and quick helping a room full. I would recommend to others especially if you like new technology the exam on the screen was great! Thanks Zak Dental
I had a wonderful experience at Zak Dental. Melissa at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful while I was figuring out my treatment plan, and the whole office had such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Natalie also helped me reschedule my appointment and printed everything I needed—everyone was so helpful and organized. I especially enjoyed the virtual exam; it felt very private and informative. I love the new technology they’re using!
After driving over 2 hours to take my 83 year old father to the appointment, we were told that he failed to sign a document. I asked the man at the desk to simply print it and he could sign it now. The receptionist said that he could text it but did not have the ability to print. He spent about 5 minutes trying to text the form to me. Once I received the texted form I quickly sent it back. It was now 3:10. At that point the female receptionist became rude and stated that their policy says if you are more than 10 minutes late she would have to reschedule. They actually turned us away and told us to reschedule. What a terrible way to treat an elderly customer. Both of the receptionist who worked the afternoon of March 4, 2026 should be fired. I will never do business with them again. I am furious over the horrible treatment of my 83 year old father.
