Very impressed with my 1st visit! Great experience, Melanie did an exceptional job with my cleaning and exam, she cleaned my teeth extremely thorough which is hard to come across. She takes much pride in what she does going above and beyond! Dr. Zimmerman was a pleasure to meet very friendly, professional and down to earth easy to talk to! Front desk ladies were welcoming and happy to greet me with warm smiles. I'm so happy to have moved to a new state and quickly find a new dentist office, great dentistry is hard to find. See ya's when I bring my kids, thank you for the great care!

Absolutely love this place! Love the staff!! I am terrified of the dentist. I have extreme anxiety but I feel so good about going back again after today’s visit. I am so grateful we found this place! Very affordable too!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Love love love. Goes over and beyond. I hadn't been to a dentist in years unfortunately. And they never made me feel bad. They were understanding. Today they restored my smile. And I can't thank them enough. Highly highly recommend

This review is based on two concerns I have with this dental office. The concerns i have is based on the lack of quality of care as outlined in the Mississippi Patient Bill of Rights as outlined in Mississippi House Bill 1349 and secondly the expectation of a Dentist providing a Standard of care in dentistry. My issues as it relates to my rating are as follows. 1.Individualized treatment plans: Patients should have their treatment plans explained, including financial details, and must provide informed consent before treatment begins. Informed consent: 2. Patients must be informed of proposed treatments, and the dentist must obtain their signature before proceeding. The above was not provided to me as a patient and now a former patient. Thus, when a medical professional proceed with a procedure without explaining why a patient needs such a procedure or why they are recommending the procedure with no discussion is clearly a deliberate indifference to me as a patient. In otherworldly who cares what you think or feel. I am the doctor and I call the shots, regardless what you think! Thus, when I made inquiries about the procedure and asked why did the Dentist explain to me why I needed a procedure? I only found out when I was having problems with two others teeth that needed repairs. 1. One tooth needed a repair with filling and the filing fell out twice. The staff was willing to make me another appointment for a third Dental filling and I said well at some point in time I've got to take responsibility for any bad decisions I may have made and so I'm going to pass and find another dentist and not return for a third try at correcting their botch failed attempts to do a Dental filling correctly. For the record I was also met with blame! It was my fault the dentist had a hard time making repairs because I had a small mouth and it was difficult doing dental work in my smile mouth. The justifications of whys poured in like water to the point that I felt like I was drowning in excuses. Based on the Mississippi Patient Bill of Rights the list below is a partial listing of rights.... Patients have the right to receive considerate, respectful delivery of care regardless of age, race, color, national origin, culture, ethnicity, language, socioeconomic status, religion, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or manner of payment. Request a change of practitioner, seek a second opinion, or refuse treatment. Know the name and role of anyone providing care. Agree or refuse to be a part of any medical study. Have pain checked and managed correctly. Make an advance directive (living will, medical power of attorney, etc.) at any time and to expect it to be followed. Receive a detailed account of bills. Receive financial counseling. Understand all information and communication from their health care team. Receive communicative devices, interpreters, and/or translator services at no cost. Have cultural, social, spiritual, and personal values, beliefs, and choices respected and have access to pastoral and other spiritual services. Take part in all ethical decisions regarding their care. Take part in discharge planning and receive information regarding discharge and follow-up care. The protection of all personal information related to health care. Be free from all forms of abuse or harassment. Thus I have NEVER has experience dental issue such I have received at this doctors office. In fairness the hyginsty that cleaned my teeth was outstanding however, it just did carry over to the other dental treatment I received at this office. I've made the decision not to return even with two unfinished treatments. Now I'm dealing with the dental insurance company because all my dental money was used by Zimmerman and I have to wait for new billing cycle to get my teeth repair. In the meantime I have a tooth with a missing Dental filling on the left side of my mouth and TMJ on the right side of my face. I am seeking a Dentist to correct his mistakes.
