Great professions to work with. Work is of excellent quality and they stand behind their work. I have been working with them for the past few years and now Dave (one of the head technicians) knows exactly what I am looking for my esthetic cases. Rarely do I have to send a case back to be redone. And as far their working time, they are very good with their turnaround time. Staff is very good with communication and very professional as well. All in all, I look forward to working with them until I retire (or hit the lotto🙃)
I highly recommend NOT using this lab. Customer service initially is pleasant but changes quite rapidly when you express anything is wrong with your billing/account. I had received a coupon from this lab to try out 10 free cases. I was looking for a lab to try out so gave them a try. After 4 cases, I was informed they weren't a charity by Dave (exact words) and they wouldn't honor the coupon anymore. I understand the need for curtailing incentives during COVID, but the lack of empathy displayed and the rudeness of the response makes you question whether you want to use this lab again. I have so advised any referrals I have give to the lab never to use them again. In regards to lab cases: Crowns are bulky and margins short. Occlusion is off and you spend about a half hour grinding. Absolutely not worth it and will never use again!
I like this lab. I've tried a lot. Probably a dozen locals, and at least a dozen out of town. They charge a reasonable price and the work is an excellent quality. I worked with a new assistant in my office last week. We cemented a zirconia crown from Zircon. I tried it in, no adjustments and the patient was out the door is 15 minutes total. My assistant was AMAZED. She told me at her old office, they would adjust the crowns for a half an hour every time. Not once has that happened since I started to use them. Great lab. I tried for a year to get an implant crown to fit. They were bulky and placed a gap that was not there before. 4 crowns were made, last was the worst. It was put in and is now causing physical pain. Dentist quit trying to get a crown that fit. Dr. Sparks north of the river needs a reliable lab that does not spend almost a year trying to make an implant crown and failing miserably. I would never use either.
This lab is awful! I do not recommend! They continuously send our cases to another office and then it makes the turn around time 2 extra weeks. We have also received other offices lab cases. Customer service is also very rude which makes it hard to communicate properly. Amanda and Stephanie seem to be the rudest employees.
